You can exchange products purchased through the online return process, in accordance with the following terms and conditions: Products purchased must be requested for return through the electronic store within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt. It is required that the items to be returned are in good condition, unused, with the barcode intact, and in the original condition upon receipt. No return will be accepted if the product has been used or the barcode removed. It is required to return the accessories received with the product at purchase in their original packaging and condition when requesting a return. It is required to attach the original invoice or a valid proof of purchase. We cannot accept the return or exchange of earrings, occasion and evening sets, and watches for health reasons. Products that have been modified at the customer's request and are no longer in their original condition cannot be exchanged or returned; only maintenance services are provided for them. Returns of defective products are limited to defects not resulting from accidents, misuse, modification, attempted repair, or negligence after purchase. If we receive defective products outside our return policy, we will return this product to you. Please send all products you wish to return in the same shipment for faster processing. The customer bears all shipping costs for exchanges and returns, amounting to 46 riyals. In case of return and after receiving and verifying the returned product, if the payment was made via Mada card or credit card, the amount will be refunded after deducting any shipping fees, to the same account used for purchase. The refund time depends on the bank of the account. Delivery fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you received the product(s) as a gift, the amount paid by the purchaser will be refunded to the customer who made the purchase. International orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for exchange or return unless defective. Gift coupons are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The request for exchange or return must be submitted via the return request form link, clearly stating the order or invoice number along with a description of the product(s) to be returned. You will be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the request to arrange the exchange or return. Our team is available to serve you from Saturday to Thursday, from 9 am to 6 pm, excluding official holidays in the Kingdom. Customs duties and import taxes Sware is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed under the regulations of the receiving country. International orders are non-refundable.
